Some element of our website or a page continues to load but nothing happens or it just doesn't load at all. You are unable to access a certain page or feature on our website.
Cause & Resolution
1. Wait and be patient
Some webpages with more content may take longer to load. Program registration pages may take longer to load or process, as there are multiple levels of communication between software that need to take place during the registration process.
2. Try a different browser
Our website works best with Google Chrome, but you can try switching to any other browser and see if the issue remains.
3. Try a different device
Sometimes the layout on mobile devices can create complications or make some elements of our website less clearly accessible. If you are experiencing issues on a phone or tablet, please try a computer.
4. Clear cookies and cache
