Can I cancel or pause my payment plan? What are my options with my payment plan?
Answer:
If you have an ongoing payment plan (not a subscription like Materia Mdica) for a program, you have the option to pause your payment plan. We understand that sometimes life happens and circumstances arise where you'll need to take some time to get things back in order.
We offer payment plans in lieu of paying everything up front so that the program is more accessible for everyone. This is an agreement to pay the full amount over time since you will have access to the full program immediately. If you have an ongoing payment plan for a program, but find yourself in a difficult financial situation we can offer the option to pause your payment plan for up to 3 months.
Once your payment plan is paused, access to your course will be temporarily restricted until you resume your tuition payments. This is an automated process where we move the date of your payment. When you have finished paying your plan you will have lifetime access to your program including any additions that Sajah might add in the future.
If after the 3 month grace period, you are not able to return to your payment plan, it will become inactive and the account will be set into a cancel status. No refunds will be issued. If you wish to reactivate an account there will be a small reactivation fee ($25 or $50 depending on the program).
Once the scheduled payment takes place on the agreed upon date, we cannot offer a refund for that payment. We do offer the option to cancel your payments indefinitely, but you must notify us prior to the scheduled payment date.
Once your payment tries to run and if the payment does not go through your program access will remain closed and your payment plan will cancel. If this happens you will need to pay a reinstatement fee to get your program started again.
Please Note: Unfortunately, we are not able to hold or suspend the Materia Medica Monthly subscription program or Botanical Constellations. We can only cancel your upcoming payments, and if you cancel your Materia Medica Monthly subscription and decide to rejoin in the future, you will be paying our current rate of $29 a month or $319 a year. If you decide to get back into Botanical Constellations you will need to pay any missed months to catch up on the current issue.
