When will my card be charged?

Question:

When will my card be charged? How will I know when my next payment goes through?

Answer:

Your card will be charged on the same date every month from the day that you started your first payment. For example, if you make your first payment on the 15th of the month, it will come out on the 15th of every month. Please note sometimes this varies by a day or two depending on the month. 

To find out what that date is you can log in to your account and head over to the account billing section in the members portal.

There you will be able to pull up your payment history and see what date you started your payments on.
