How do I change or update my payment information? Can I make payments from a different credit card?
Answer:
To update your card details, just sign in to the members portal and head over to the account billing section where you can change your payment information. There you can see what subscriptions and payment plans are currently active for you, any past payments you've made, and how to update or add a new credit card.
Manage Credit Cards
To the right of the "Billing and Cards" page, you'll find the credit card section where you can update your billing information for a current card or add a new credit card. Just click on the "Update" button to change information for a card already on your account or hit "Add New Credit Card" to add a new card. If your card will not upload then there's a good chance you may need to call your bank and make sure they are not putting a hold on it as it generally means it was declined.
Manage Payments
Under the payments section on this page, click the dropdown menu under the program you would like to change payments for and select the card you recently added or updated. Click the "Change Payment Method" button. This will save your new card for all future payments for this program.
In some cases a payment will apply however if it doesn't go through, please reach out to our support team to make sure your account is current on payments and that you have access to your program.
